There are lots of things that can help make us feel good and these include:
- Being in the natural environment i.e. walking, cycling, running
- Being part of community through activities and clubs i.e. WRI, youth Clubs, walking groups, golf club, exercise groups, lifelong learning etc.
- Volunteering your time doing something you are interested in.
- Being creative.
- Laughing!
Some of our Wellbeing projects:
- Refurbishment projects such as Aboyne Jubilee Fountain.
- Supporting the Aboyne Youth Project to develop facilities for young people
