- Retired in 2018 after working in the oil industry for over 40 years in various operational roles, the last 15 years of which were with Lloyds Register Energy Drilling as Senior Vice President, Europe & Africa and a member of the Global Leadership team for Energy Drilling. Moved to Aboyne in 2021 to be closer to my 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren, and where I now live with my cockapoo Milo, enjoying long walks and gardening.
